Wednesday, April 17, 2019. As Tessa would say, we had a BRILLIANT day! :)
We headed to London and saw the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace. Haughton led us to a prime spot.

We met Tommy Haughton at Zizzi's at Cardinal Place and had a wonderful Italian lunch. It was great to catch up and see pictures of baby Rufus.
Tommy then walked us to Parliament before returning to work. We had an audio tour there, which was spectacular. No surprise, Haughton wanted to hear every detail of every side note on the tour. Ridgely was patient :)

We got home at dinner time and met Michael's mother, Moyer, who arrived this afternoon. She's 89 and they were pleased she had no trouble flying, as her only valid form of identification is a gun license!
Thanks a million to Tessa and Michael for their amazing hospitality. Thank you for driving us, feeding us, and most importantly, your company!
